Welcome to the Creative Club Archive! Here you can find our workshop slides & info links. Our slides are uploaded in the lessons tab: ( art fundamentals, character design, music, storytelling & more). We believe that creativity is not a talent reserved for a few, but a skill you can build through exploration & practice!

( II ) GENERAL     _{Creative Club is a student-made community at Piedmont HIlls High School where we explore creativity across art, design, fashion, and storytelling! Our club focuses on experimenting with different mediums and styles to foster generalizable yet practical skill sets. We encourage our members to turn their ideas into real, shareable creations like illustrations, zines, and merchandise!}

( III ) MISSION & VISION     _{Creative Club's mission is to explore creativity in a playful yet practical way where variety sparks inspiration and experimentation empowers growth. Our vision is to build a community for creators at our school: the artists, writers, musicians, and more; to create a space where students can express themselves through creative projects that connect imagination with execution!
We don't preach passive consumption. We preach making things exist.}

( IV ) MEETING STRUCTURE     _{Our meetings are held weekly on Wednesday in B11 at lunch, with learning content structured around short workshops, artist studies, and hands-on creative activities. Each meeting includes a lesson and activity time for members to apply what they learn in an open space for discussion and sharing of ideas.}

( V ) ORIGIN     _{Creative Club was born from a desire to teach the ways of creating that align with our passions. Whether it'd be art, writing, music, or video game development. we wanted to share the joy of creating and bring light on the various creative disciplines rather than limiting creativity to one medium or style.
We exercise a "Jack-of-all-trades" approach; fostering flexibility and skill transferability because we value versatility.}

( VI ) THE COMMUNITY & CULTURE     _{Creative Club is an open, supportive, and collaborative community. Our club is open to all and lessons/workshops are beginner friendly. All are welcome and swing by our meetings to learn! We encourage you to experiment without failure because there is no single right way to create!}

( VII ) EVENTS & PROJECTS     _{Throughout the year, Creative Club hosts seasonal events, creative challenges, and collaborative projects.
♡ Secret Santa (winter 2025): Christmas art/writing gift-exchange       with random assignment. Make something that'll bring another joy!
♡ Character Design Jam (fall 2025): members designed a character       based on prompts- dragon botanist, flower doctor, or yakuza tigress.
♡ Redraw Old Art: reflect on progress and       improvement! Submit in discord!
♡ 2026 Creative Club Zine–Theme: Escapism: a collection of our members' creations showcasing various voices, styles, and levels. Submit in discord!}
